Homo Deus – Yuval Noah Harari

Finally! After three months (which is the longest it has taken me to finish a book in a while!) I’ve finally gotten through this one!

It was an incredibly interesting read, but the time that it has taken to finish it, speaks quite a bit about it. I was a bit disappointed by it in comparison to “Sapiens”. The humour that spiced up things in the previous book was missing and the book tried to be so jam-packed with information, that it was often hard to stay concentrated. I would suggest it to those, who are interested in theories of where humankind will probably move and develop towards in the near future. AI was a huge topic, as it currently is in so many other authors’ books, such as my recent read, “Origins” by Dan Brown.

All in all, a good read packed with extremely relevant and forward thinking information, though missing the pace that would make you pick it consistently and quickly finish it until the very end.

Homo Deus – Yuval Noah Harari

★★★☆☆ (3/5)
